    EchoTrophe, trading as Piggo, acts as the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

    We collect:

    • Account data (email address, Discord username, billing country)
    • Payment data (processed via Stripe as payment processor)
    • Usage data (server uptime, RAM usage, billing metrics)
    • Technical data (IP address, browser type, logs for security)
    • Communication data (support tickets, emails)

    We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

    3. Legal Basis for Processing

    We process personal data based on:

    • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

    Deleted accounts are anonymised unless legal retention applies.
